Easy Indian SuperMeals - Launch Day Round-Up

Well yesterday was a bit of a whirlwind! Up by 5am, spent 3 hours in the car down to London and straight into the studio for my interview with Nihal at the BBC Asian Network at 11am. I was initially nervous but my goodness - what a blast! Nihal was lovely, the callers were lovely and even the texts I received were great too! Everyone was really supportive, and the feedback I received was extremely encouraging. Thanks to all who got in touch!

I was really pleased to hear during my interview that my book was also storming up the Amazon charts! By the end of the day I couldn’t believe Amazon had sold out!! But not to worry, I believe more books are on the way.
